The Challenge

Breaking into the competitive pet market to establish Pooph as the ultimate solution for pet odor removal required overcoming consumer skepticism and building trust in a space crowded with long-standing brands. The challenge was to position Pooph as the holy grail of odor removal, proving its efficacy while standing out from other products. We needed to create a comprehensive, multi-channel strategy that would not only build brand awareness but also differentiate Pooph from the competition. The focus was on driving new customer traffic while encouraging trial and repeat purchases, all while cultivating a brand identity rooted in trust and reliability.

The Solution

To drive growth and conversions, we implemented a comprehensive media strategy across Linear TV, Streaming, and Paid Social. Our streaming approach included prospecting, display, and OLV retargeting to ensure we continued reaching viewers on their second screen after they had seen the Pooph TV commercial. This multi-screen engagement kept the brand top-of-mind throughout the customer journey. On Meta, we used compelling animal content paired with strong calls to action (CTAs) to increase brand awareness, attract new audiences, and foster meaningful engagement among both new and existing followers. This cohesive strategy helped turn leads into sales and build lasting customer relationships.
